Welcome to BookMyStudio. By booking our services or renting our studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by BookMyStudio, including photography, videography, and studio rental. By engaging our services or renting our studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email, WhatsApp, or online form). A [X%] advance payment is required to confirm any booking. The balance payment must be cleared on or before the day of the shoot/rental. Advance payments are non-refundable but can be adjusted against rescheduled bookings (subject to availability).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled booking may be rescheduled once without penalty. Cancellations within 7 days of the booking date will result in forfeiture of the advance payment. Any rescheduling is subject to studio and team availability.

4. Studio Rental Policy

Studio rental includes access to booked spaces, lighting equipment, and basic props (as agreed). Additional equipment, props, or special setups will be charged separately. Renters must take care of all equipment and facilities. Any damage caused will be chargeable. Food, beverages, and smoking are not allowed inside the studio unless prior approval is obtained. Clients must vacate the studio at the agreed time. Extra hours will be billed at the hourly rate.

5. Photography & Videography Services

The scope of work (type of shoot, hours, deliverables, and style) will be finalized before booking. BookMyStudio retains the right to use selected images/videos for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a written agreement of exclusivity is signed. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions, consents, or permits for the shoot. Raw/unedited files will not be shared unless agreed upon in advance.

6. Deliverables & Timelines

Edited photos and videos will be delivered within [X weeks] of the shoot. Urgent delivery requests may incur additional charges. Deliverables will be shared digitally (via cloud link or email). Hard copies/prints/physical drives can be arranged at an additional cost.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to arrive on time. Delays may reduce the shooting/rental time without affecting charges. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the session. BookMyStudio will not be liable for loss/damage. Clients must conduct themselves respectfully; inappropriate or unlawful behavior may lead to immediate termination of service without refund.

8. Liability

BookMyStudio will take utmost care with all services and deliverables. However, in the rare event of equipment failure, technical error, or unforeseen incident, our liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid or a reshoot (based on mutual agreement). BookMyStudio is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, accidents, etc.).

9. Intellectual Property

All images and videos created by BookMyStudio remain the intellectual property of BookMyStudio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients purchasing exclusive rights may request a written transfer of usage rights.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka/India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
